PYONG-HWA School of Taekwon-Do is a family run school based in Coláiste Stiofáin Naofa on the Tramore Road in Cork. Formerly the Togher School of Taekwon-Do the school was established in 1979 and has since grown to become on of the largest martial arts schools in the country with over 100 members ranging in age from 6 to 68. In 1997 the school was taken over by the Connolly family and has continues to go from strength to strength.

Our classes are taught by Chief Instructor Mr. Con Connolly 5th Degree Black Belt, Mr. Graham Connolly 5th Degree Black Belt and Ms. Janice Connolly 4th Degree Black Belt. Between them they have over 30 years of teaching experience.
