In 1997 the school was taken over by the Connolly family and has continues to go from strength to strength.

Our classes are taught by Chief Instructor Mr. Con Connolly 5th Degree Black Belt, Mr. Graham Connolly and Ms. Janice Connolly both of whom are 4th Degree Black Belts and Examiner’s. Between them they have over 30 years of teaching experience.

Taekwon-Do for Adults:

Taekwon-Do strengthens your body and improves your health through physical exercise and conditioning. Isometric and dynamic tension exercises will allow you to gain better muscle tone and increased strength. A gradual building process of safe and easy stretching techniques will enhance flexibility, while breathing and concentration exercises lead to sharper senses and reflexes. The discipline of Taekwon-Do leads to increased energy, better health and fitness, greater co-ordination, and higher self-esteem.

Taekwon-Do For Children:

Taekwon-Do is a total learning activity. Lessons are tailored to your child's age and skill level. Your child begins by practicing basic patterns and forms, kicking, blocking, striking, and punching. These fundamental skills increase physical co-ordination, flexibility, balance, and mental discipline. Taekwon-Do develops athletic abilities, self-awareness, and improves the child's capabilities in self-defence.
